This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, what we use it for and what rights you have. The data controller is Novera, Vilnius, email pardavimai@novera.lt, phone +370 627 47660.
What data we collect
- Contact form: your email address and phone number (required) and, if you provide them, your name, company name, chosen service and message.
- Price calculator: the services and answers you pick, the preliminary price and the contact details you enter in the last step. While you fill it in, your answers are kept only in your browser (sessionStorage) and disappear when you close the tab.
- Free website check: the website address you enter. Our server visits that public website and assesses how it performs. We don’t store the results. When the Google score is enabled, the address is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights.
- Call or WhatsApp: if you tap the call or WhatsApp button, we receive your phone number and whatever you write or say. WhatsApp chats are also subject to WhatsApp (Meta) privacy terms.
- Technical data: like any website, the server briefly receives your IP address and browser details to show the page and protect it from abuse.
What we use it for
- To reply to your request and get in touch with you.
- To prepare a free audit, website preview or offer.
- If you become a client - to carry out the contract.
- If you accept cookies - to understand how the website is used and measure ad results.
We process the data because you ask us to before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), based on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and keeping the website running (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and for analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We don’t sell your data.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential: your choice in the cookie banner and your calculator answers are stored in your browser. Without them the site couldn’t remember your choices.
- Analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads via Google Tag Manager): used only after you click “Accept”. If you decline, these cookies are not set. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site’s data in your browser - the banner will show again.
- Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to Google Fonts when you visit.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for no longer than 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client - then we keep it as long as the contract and the law require. Google keeps analytics data according to its own retention settings (up to 14 months).
Who can see the data
Data may be processed by service providers that help run the website: hosting and database services (Cloudflare, Supabase via Lovable Cloud), email and, if you accept cookies, Google. They use the data only on our instructions and only for these purposes. Some providers may process data outside the EU - in that case EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR safeguards apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, email us.
If you believe your data is handled improperly, you can file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
